Please provide accurate information to ensure smooth processing of your booking and visa application.
1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
1.2. Full payment must be made at least 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3. All payments are to be made in the currency specified in your invoice.
2.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: 50% refund of total amount paid (excluding deposit).
2.2. Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure: 25% refund of total amount paid (excluding deposit).
2.3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2.4. No refunds will be given for unused services or early departure from the pilgrimage.
3.1. Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
3.2. Omo-Agbaye Travels will assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval, which is at the discretion of Saudi authorities.
3.3. Any costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the pilgrim will be borne by the pilgrim.
4.1. Pilgrims must declare any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
4.2. Pilgrims are responsible for obtaining all required vaccinations and medical clearances.
4.3. Omo-Agbaye Travels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with medical conditions that may pose a risk during travel.
5.1. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all pilgrims.
5.2. Pilgrims must provide proof of insurance coverage at least 30 days before departure.
6.1. Omo-Agbaye Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
6.2. In case of significant changes, pilgrims will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund for affected services.
7.1. Hotel accommodations are based on standard twin sharing unless specified otherwise.
7.2. Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotel management and Omo-Agbaye Travels.
7.3. Specific room requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
8.1. Pilgrims must comply with all Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
8.2. Respectful behavior towards fellow pilgrims, guides, and local customs is mandatory.
8.3. Omo-Agbaye Travels reserves the right to terminate services for any pilgrim whose behavior is deemed unacceptable.
9.1. Omo-Agbaye Travels acts as an intermediary between pilgrims and service providers.
9.2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
9.3. Pilgrims are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
10.1. Omo-Agbaye Travels is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.
10.2. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or airline cancellations.
11.1. Any complaints must be reported immediately to our tour leader during the pilgrimage.
11.2. Complaints received after completion of the pilgrimage will not be entertained.
12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
